以“课程思政”构建文化自信:英语专业课程教学改革研究

Cultivation of Cultural Confidence through“Ideological and Political Education of Curriculum”: A Study on the Teaching Reform in Courses for English Majors

弘扬中华优秀传统文化、增强学生文化自信是英语专业课程思政建设的目标之一,具有重要的时代意义。这不仅可以开拓英语专业学生的人文视野、提升其专业水平,也能更好地满足当前我国文化发展战略对人才的需要。通过课程思政增强学生文化自信需要采取三方面的措施:以合适的教材作为依托、提高英语专业教师的主动意识以及学生课后的积极配合。

Carrying forward the brilliant traditional Chinese culture and enhancing students’ cultural confidence is one of the goals of ideological and political education of English major courses, which is of great significance of the times. It is not only helpful to broaden the humanistic horizon of the students and improve the professional level of students, but also essential to meet the needs of talents for China’s cultural development strategy. To achieve the purpose, measures should be taken in three aspects: appropriate teaching materials, the initiative of teachers, and active cooperation of students.
