冠心病合并糖尿病患者血脂检验的临床价值研究

Study on the clinical value of blood lipid test in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus

目的研究冠心病合并糖尿病患者血脂检验的临床价值。方法选取100例冠心病合并糖尿病患者作为观察组,另选取100例单纯2型糖尿病患者作为对照1组、100例健康体检者作为对照2组。三组均进行血脂检验,比较三组的血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(Apo A1)、载脂蛋白B(APo B)]。结果观察组TC(6.56±1.32)mmol/L、TG(2.53±0.86)mmol/L、LDL-C(3.99±1.35)mmol/L、Apo B(1.23±0.24)g/L均明显高于对照1组的(6.04±0.91)mmol/L、(2.14±0.81)mmol/L、(3.46±1.30)mmol/L、(1.10±0.22)g/L和对照2组的(4.48±0.92)mmol/L、(1.21±0.73)mmol/L、(1.41±0.76)mmol/L、(0.80±0.31)g/L,HDL-C(1.20±0.29)mmol/L、Apo A1(1.15±0.35)g/L则均明显低于对照2组的(2.23±0.25)mmol/L、(1.26±0.23)g/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照1组HDL-C、Apo A1水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冠心病合并糖尿病患者给予血脂检验的临床价值显著,可在了解患者各项血脂指标水平的基础上进一步对诊疗工作提供有效依据,因此血脂检验值得在相关疾病检验工作中应用及推广。

Objective To study the clinical value of blood lipid test in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus.Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus were selected as the observation group,100 patients with simple type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected as the control group 1,and 100 healthy subjects were selected as the control group 2.Blood lipid tests were performed in the three groups,and the blood lipid indexes[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),apolipoprotein A1(Apo A1),apolipoprotein B(APo B)]of the three groups were compared.Results The TC(6.56±1.32)mmol/L,TG(2.53±0.86)mmol/L,LDL-C(3.99±1.35)mmol/L,Apo B(1.23±0.24)g/L in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group 1[(6.04±0.91)mmol/L,(2.14±0.81)mmol/L,(3.46±1.30)mmol/L,(1.10±0.22)g/L]and control group 2[(4.48±0.92)mmol/L,(1.21±0.73)mmol/L,(1.41±0.76)mmol/L,(0.80±0.31)g/L];the HDL-C(1.20±0.29)mmol/L and Apo A1(1.15±0.35)g/L in the observation group were significantly lower than(2.23±0.25)mmol/L and(1.26±0.23)g/L in the control group 2;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of HDL-C and Apo A1 between the observation group and the control group 1(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical value of blood lipid test in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus is significant,and it can provide an effective basis for further diagnosis and treatment on the basis of understanding the level of various lipid indices of patients,so lipid test is worthy of application and promotion in the testing of related diseases.
