舍曲林联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症后抑郁的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of sertraline combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of post-schizophrenia depression

目的分析精神分裂症后抑郁的疾病特点,评价舍曲林联合阿立哌唑的治疗效果。方法80例精神分裂症后抑郁患者,以随机法分为对照组及观察组,每组40例。对照组采取阿立哌唑治疗,观察组采取舍曲林联合阿立哌唑治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、治疗前后的阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果治疗8周后,观察组患者的总有效率95.00%高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的PANSS、HAMD评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗8周后,两组患者的PANSS、HAMD评分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组患者的PANSS评分(38.80±3.50)分、HAMD评分(8.80±1.30)分均低于对照组(43.50±4.50)、(12.50±2.20)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舍曲林联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症后抑郁可以促进患者临床症状、抑郁改善,治疗效果好、安全性高。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of post-schizophrenia depression and evaluate the therapeutic effect of sertraline combined with aripiprazole.Methods A total of 80 patients with postschizophrenia depression were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aripiprazole,and the observation group was treated with sertraline combined with aripiprazole.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions,positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)score and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate 95.00% of the observation group was higher than 75.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in PANSS and HAMD scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the PANSS and HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and the PANSS score(38.80±3.50)points and HAMD score(8.80±1.30)points of the observation group were lower than(43.50±4.50)and(12.50±2.20)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sertraline combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of post-schizophrenia depression can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms and depression in patients with good therapeutic effect and high safety.
