神经内科采取早期康复锻炼在偏瘫患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the application effect of early rehabilitation exercise in hemiplegia patients in neurology department

目的探讨神经内科偏瘫患者选用早期康复锻炼的价值。方法50例神经内科偏瘫患者,按1∶1比例分为对照组及观察组,各25例。对照组选用常规康复指导,观察组选用早期康复锻炼。比较两组焦虑、抑郁、上肢肌力、下肢肌力、日常生活能力及生活质量评分。结果观察组焦虑评分(39.25±1.62)分、抑郁评分(38.88±1.89)分低于对照组的(48.25±2.88)、(46.25±2.97)分,上肢肌力评分(42.93±5.92)分、下肢肌力评分(27.98±3.14)分、日常生活能力评分(64.89±4.42)分高于对照组的(35.25±4.52)、(12.75±3.25)、(42.88±3.89)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生理功能、生理职能、社会关系、总的健康、活力、心理状态、疼痛、躯体功能评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复锻炼在神经内科偏瘫康复中效果确切,可提高生活质量及肌力状态,亦可改善其因疾病产生的负性情绪,值得借鉴。

Objective To discuss the value of early rehabilitation exercise in hemiplegia patients in neurology department.Methods A total of 50 patients with hemiplegia in neurology department were divided into control group and observation group according to the ratio of 1∶1,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation guidance,and the observation group received early rehabilitation exercise.The scores of anxiety,depression,upper limb muscle strength,lower limb muscle strength,activities of daily living and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The anxiety score(39.25±1.62)points and depression score(38.88±1.89)points of the observation group were lower than(48.25±2.88)and(46.25±2.97)points of the control group;the upper limb muscle strength score(42.93±5.92)points,the lower limb muscle strength score(27.98±3.14)points and activities of daily living score(64.89±4.42)points were higher than(35.25±4.52),(12.75±3.25)and(42.88±3.89)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical functioning,role-physical,social relationship,general health,vitality,mental state,pain,and somatic function of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation exercise is effective in the rehabilitation of hemiplegia in neurology department,and can improve the quality of life,muscle strength,and negative emotions due to disease,which is worthy of reference.
