盆底康复治疗仪结合盆底训练在产后康复中的效果研究

Study on effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with pelvic floor training in postpartum rehabilitation

目的分析盆底康复治疗仪结合盆底训练在产后康复中的效果。方法136例剖宫产手术后进行产后康复的产妇,根据康复训练方式的不同分为实验组(70例)和对照组(66例)。对照组产妇采用盆底肌锻炼进行干预,实验组在对照组基础上联合盆底康复治疗仪进行干预。比较两组产妇盆底肌肌力分级以及尿失禁评分,阴道壁松弛、排尿困难、性交痛发生情况。结果实验组产妇的盆底肌肌力分级(3.18±0.41)级高于对照组的(2.14±0.24)级,尿失禁评分(1.81±0.24)分显著低于对照组的(2.91±0.19)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组产妇的阴道壁松弛、排尿困难、性交痛发生率分别为2.86%、1.43%、1.43%,均明显高于对照组的15.15%、9.09%、9.09%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆底康复治疗仪结合盆底训练用于产后康复产妇中,可促进产妇产后盆地功能恢复,能够较好的满足产妇的高质量要求。

Objective To analyze the effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with pelvic floor training in postpartum rehabilitation.Methods A total of 136 puerperae with postpartum rehabilitation after cesarean section were divided into experimental group(70 cases)and control group(66 cases)according to different rehabilitation training methods.The puerperae in the control group were intervened by pelvic floor muscle exercise,and the experimental group was intervened with pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument on the basis of the control group.The pelvic floor muscle strength classification,urinary incontinence score,and occurrence of vaginal wall relaxation,dysuria,and sexual intercourse pain were compared between the two groups.Results The pelvic floor muscle strength classification(3.18±0.41)grades of the experimental group was higher than(2.14±0.24)grades of the control group,and the urinary incontinence score(1.81±0.24)points was significantly lower than(2.91±0.19)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of vaginal wall relaxation,dysuria,and sexual intercourse pain in the experimental group were 2.86%,1.43%,and 1.43%,which were significantly higher than 15.15%,9.09%,and 9.09% in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument in postpartum rehabilitation can promote the postpartum pelvic function recovery of the puerperium,and can better meet the high-quality requirements of the puerperium.
