网络环境下公共图书馆读者服务工作的创新

Innovation of reader service in public library under network environment

网络环境下,网络技术与读者服务工作的深度融合为公共图书馆的发展开辟了智慧空间,提供了更多的发展途径,但也对公共图书馆读者服务工作的目标、模式、效率与质量提出了更高的要求。基于此,文章论述了网络环境对公共图书馆读者服务工作的影响,分析了网络环境下公图书馆读者服务工作的转型定位,并且从革新服务理念、加强网络技术支持、创优服务内容、提升服务效能四方面探究了网络环境下公共图书馆读者服务工作的创新路径。

Under the network environment,the in-depth integration of network technology and reader service has opened up a smart space and provided more development ways for the development of public library management,but it also puts forward higher requirements for the goal,mode,efficiency and quality of reader service in public library.Based on this,this paper briefly discusses the impact of the network environment on the reader service work of public libraries,analyzes the transformation orientation of the reader service work of public libraries under the network environment,and explores the innovative path of the reader service work of public libraries under the network environment from four aspects:innovating the service concept,strengthening the network technical support,creating excellent service content and improving service efficiency.
