刺激响应型水凝胶修复关节软骨的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 软骨损伤作为临床常见的退行性疾病,治疗手段从传统的保守和手术治疗发展为现在的再生修复,而水凝胶是软骨修复中常用的生物材料。由于软骨复杂的组织特异性,设计开发性能匹配的功能性水凝胶成为重要的发展方向。刺激响应型水凝胶良好的可调控性能和智能的响应性能,使其在软骨修复中表现出独特的优势。本文从内部和外部刺激两个方面,综述了不同类型刺激响应型水凝胶在关节软骨修复中的研究进展,可供临床应用借鉴。 Cartilage injury is a common clinical degenerative disease.The therapy changed from the traditional conservative and surgical treatment to regeneration and repair,and hydrogel is a commonly used biomaterial for cartilage repair.Due to the complex tis⁃sue specificity of cartilage,the design and development of functional hydrogels with matching performance has become an important di⁃rection.Stimuli-responsive hydrogels with excellent controllability and smart response showed unique advantages in repairing cartilage.This paper reviewed studies of hydrogels in articular cartilage repair from two aspects of internal and external stimuli,which can be used for reference in clinical applications.
