超高效液相色谱-四极杆线性离子阱-飞行时间质谱测定3%氯氟吡啶酯乳油

Determination of florpyrauxifen-benzyl 3% emulsion by UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS

摘要 [目的]建立一种超高效液相色谱-四极杆线性离子阱-飞行时间质谱(UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS)测定3%氯氟吡啶酯乳油含量的分析方法。[方法]采用Waters CORTECSTM UPLC-C18反相色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸水(体积比60∶40)为流动相,柱温为40℃,流速为0.3 mL/min,采用电喷雾正离子模式扫描,在MRMHR模式下,外标法定量分析3%氯氟吡啶酯乳油的含量。[结果]在5~1000μg/L范围内,方法的线性相关系数为0.997 78,标准偏差为0.093,变异系数为0.034%,平均回收率为99.73%。[结论]该方法操作简便,线性关系良好,准确度和精密度高,可以准确分析3%氯氟吡啶酯乳油的含量。 [Aims] An UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS analytical method for the determination of florpyrauxifen-benzyl 3%emulsion was developed in this study. [Methods] The florpyrauxifen-benzyl was separated on a reversed-phase Waters CORTECSTM UPLC-C18column at 40 ℃ by a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid water(60∶40, by vol) with flow rate of 0.3 m L/min, and quantified by external standard method with high-resolution multiple reaction monitoring(MRMHR) scanning mode under electrospray ionization positive ion mode. [Results] The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.997 78 in the range of 5 to 1000 μg/L, and the standard deviation was 0.093, and the coefficient of variation was 0.034%, and the average recovery was 99.73%. [Conclusions] The method can be used to analyze the content of florpyrauxifen-benzyl 3% emulsion accurately with simple operation, good linear relation, high accuracy and precision.
