新型PPO抑制剂类除草剂三氟草嗪

摘要 三氟草嗪是一种高效安全、低毒低残留的PPO抑制剂类除草剂,以原卟啉原氧化酶为作用靶标,通过干扰植物细胞内叶绿素的合成,阻断植物光合作用和引发细胞内一系列破坏性氧化反应,最终导致植物细胞死亡。三氟草嗪化学结构独特、作用机理新颖,主要用于甘蔗田、玉米田和小麦田中的一年生禾本科杂草及阔叶杂草的防除,尤其适用于防除PPO抗性杂草。简要介绍了三氟草嗪的理化性质、作用机理、专利概况、毒理学、环境生态安全性、合成方法、含量分析、产品的复配、除草效果、产品的登记情况等信息,并对三氟草嗪的开发前景进行了展望。 Trifluoxazine is a high-efficiency, safe, low-toxicity and low-residue PPO inhibitor herbicide. It targets protoporphyrinogen oxidase. It interferes with the synthesis of chlorophyll in plant cells, blocks plant photosynthesis and initiates a series of destructive oxidative reactions within the plant, which eventually leads to the death of plant cells. Trifludimoxazin has a unique chemical structure and novel mechanism of action. It is mainly used for the control of annual grass weeds and broadleaf weeds in sugarcane fields, corn fields and wheat fields, especially for the control of PPO-resistant weeds. This paper briefly introduces the physicochemical properties, mechanism of action, patent overview, toxicology, environmental and ecological safety, synthesis method, content analysis, product compounding,herbicidal effect, product registration of trifludimoxazin, etc. The development prospect of trifludimoxazin is prospected.
