摘要
[目的]筛选防治芝麻新病害——链格孢蒴果腐烂病菌的有效杀菌剂。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法,建立回归方程,进行EC50值分析,结合田间病情指数、防效、产量等指标进行分析。[结果]从EC50值、田间病情指数、防效、产量指标对8种药剂进行综合分析,效果最好的为15%噻呋·己唑醇SC、22.5%啶氧菌酯SC、60%唑醚·代森联WG,EC50值分别为0.3917、0.3913、0.5047 mg/L;田间防效分别为82.4%、67.24%、63.64%,增产幅度19%~26%。[结论]15%噻呋·己唑醇SC、22.5%啶氧菌酯SC、60%唑醚·代森联WG可以作为我国北方防治芝麻蒴果腐烂病的优选药剂。
[Aims] This study aims to screen effective fungicides for control of a new disease of sesame capsule rot caused by Alternaria alternata. [Methods] Mycelium growth rate method was used to establish the regression equation and get EC50value, further analyze combined with disease index, control effect, yield and other indicators.[Results] According to the EC50value, field disease index, control effect and yield, the most effective fungicide were tiofurol·hexazolol 15% SC, dioxidem 22.5% SC and zazolin·daisenon 60% WG, with EC50value of 0.3917, 0.3913,0.5047 mg/L, respectively. While field control efficacy was 82.4%, 67.24%, 63.64%, respectively, and the yield increased by 19%-26%. [Conclusions] Tifuroxime·hexazolol 15% SC, doxypropyl 22.5% SC, zazolin·daisen 60%WG can be used as the optimal fungicides for controlling sesame capsule rot in north China.
