摘要
利用固液石蜡和香精油为芯材,甲基丙烯酸甲酯为壁材,通过原位聚合法制备包裹相变材料和精油的微胶囊。采用湿法涂层法将其整理于棉织物表面,获得可以持久释放香味的纺织品,其具有良好的耐洗涤性。探究精油的添加量对微胶囊包覆能力和形貌的影响,并对微胶囊的粒径分布、潜热存储和释放性能进行表征分析。试验结果显示,当精油添加量为3 mL时,微胶囊的平均粒径为1.147μm,相变潜热值为15.7 J/g。水洗10次后,涂层织物香味值为55,仅下降13。
Microcapsules containing phase change materials and essential oils are prepared by in-situ polymerization using solid-liquid paraffin and essential oils as the core materials and methyl methacrylate as the wall materials. The cotton fabric is treated with wet coating method to obtain a textile which can release fragrance for a long time and has good washing resistance. The effects of the amount of essential oil on the coating ability and morphology of microcapsules are investigated, and the particle size distribution, latent heat storage and release properties of microcapsules are characterized and analyzed. The results show that when the amount of essential oil is 3 mL, the average particle size of microcapsules is 1.147 μm, and the latent heat of phase transformation is 15.7 J/g. After washing for 10 times, the fragrance value of the coated fabric is 55, only decreased by 13.
