3种玉米淀粉的羧甲基改性产物浆料性能对比

Comparison on the size properties of three kinds of corn starch carboxymethylated modification

摘要 以高直链玉米、蜡质玉米和普通玉米淀粉为原料,分别制备了各自的羧甲基淀粉浆料,并对其浆液黏度、浆膜和浆纱性能进行对比研究。结果表明:相近取代度的3种羧甲基改性玉米淀粉中,羧甲基高直链玉米淀粉的浆液黏度最小,黏度热稳定性最好;羧甲基高直链玉米淀粉的浆膜断裂强力和断裂伸长率最好,而羧甲基蜡质玉米淀粉的浆膜性能较差;羧甲基蜡质玉米淀粉浆料的黏附力最大,羧甲基高直链淀粉的黏附力最小。浆纱结果表明:羧甲基高直链玉米淀粉浆纱的力学性能显著提高,其浆纱的断裂增强率、耐磨增强率和伸长减少率均好于羧甲基蜡质玉米淀粉和羧甲基普通玉米淀粉。认为:在相近取代度的3种玉米淀粉羧甲基改性产物中,羧甲基高直链玉米淀粉的浆纱性能最优。 Carboxymethyl starch sizes are prepared from high amylose corn, waxy corn and common corn starch respectively, and their size viscosity, size film and sizing properties are compared. The results show that among the three kinds of carboxymethyl modified corn starch with similar degree of substitution, carboxymethyl high amylose corn starch has the lowest slurry viscosity and the best viscosity thermal stability;Carboxymethyl high amylose corn starch has the best film breaking strength and elongation at break, while carboxymethyl waxy corn starch has poor film properties;The adhesive force of carboxymethyl waxy corn starch size is the highest, and that of carboxymethyl high amylose starch is the lowest. The sizing results show that the mechanical properties of carboxymethyl high amylose corn starch are significantly improved, and the breaking strength, wear resistance and elongation reduction of the size are better than those of carboxymethyl waxy corn starch or carboxymethyl common corn starch. It is considered that among the three carboxymethyl modified products of corn starch with similar degree of substitution, carboxymethyl high amylose corn starch has the best sizing performance.
