摘要
面丝采用33.3 tex/576 F DTY(300 D/576 F DTY)再生丝,圆孔,S+Z捻,底丝采用原生丝16.7 tex/288 F DTY (150 D/288 F DTY),在大圆机上织成不同比例(再生/原生75/25、50/50、25/75)的羊羔绒坯布。采用胶印工艺增加了面料的立体花型效果。介绍了原料选择和编织、后整理工序的技术特点,并对面料进行性能测试,分析不同再生比例面料的工艺特点。所制面料既符合环保理念,又具有清晰、立体、层次感强的花型效果,同时柔软、蓬松、保暖,可广泛应用于家居用服装和毯子面料。
Using recycle 33.3 tex/576 F DTY(Round hole, S+Z twist) as face yarn, and original 16.7 tex/288 F DTY as the bottom yarn, the sherpa fabric with different proportions of recycled/original 75/25, 50/50 and 25/75 is woven by circular knitting machines. Offset printing increases the three-dimensional pattern effect of fabric. A series of technical characteristics of material, weaving, dyeing and finishing are introduced and analyzed in detail, and the performance of the fabric is tested. The fabric is not only accord with the concept of environmental protection and recycling, but also specific and clear, three-dimensional, layered pattern effect. At the same time, the fabric is soft, fluffy and warm, could be widely used in household apparel and blanket fabrics.
