摘要
回顾了国内外石墨烯/聚合物柔性传感器研究进展,总结了其制备技术、性能特点,归纳了将其集成于服装中开发智能服装的设计需求、应用现状及技术要点。最后指出,未来需要通过提升复合材料制备技术以及传感器封装工艺来构建灵敏度高、响应迅速、性能稳定的柔性传感器,还需要探究其与服装载体的集成方式,以实现功能性与舒适性相兼容,并进一步基于智能服装构建人体生理信号监测模型,发挥石墨烯/聚合物柔性传感器的实际应用价值。
The research progress of graphene/polymer flexible sensors at home and abroad is reviewed, the preparation and performance of flexible sensors are summarized, and the design requirements, application status and technical points of smart garment based on graphene/polymer sensors are discussed. At last, it is pointed out that the preparation of the composite materials and the integration process of sensor devices need to be improved, in order to construct graphene/polymer flexible sensors with high sensitivity, quick response and stable performance. It is also necessary to explore its integration with garment carrier, design smart garment based on the principle of compatibility of functionality and comfort, and further build human physiological signal monitoring model of smart garment to utilize the practical application value of graphene/polymer flexible sensors.
