摘要
采用不同浓度NaHCO_(3)溶液处理裸燕麦幼苗,分析幼苗的生理指标变化。结果表明:不同浓度NaHCO_(3)处理后幼苗长度和叶绿素含量显著减小(P<0.05),裸燕麦幼苗叶片中丙二醛含量呈升高趋势,可溶性糖含量呈先减小后增大趋势,脯氨酸含量呈先升高后降低趋势,氧自由基产生速率呈先升高后降低趋势,超氧化物歧化酶SOD活性呈先增大后减小趋势,过氧化物酶POD活性呈先增大后减小趋势,过氧化氢酶CAT活性呈先增大后减小趋势,裸燕麦幼苗叶片中抗坏血酸过氧化物酶APX活性呈减小的趋势。
Effects of different concentrations of NaHCO_(3)on physiological indexes of naked Oat Seedlings.The results showed that the seedling length and chlorophyll content decreased significantly after treatment with different concentrations of NaHCO_(3),the content of malondialdehyde in naked oat seedling leaves increased,the content of soluble sugar decreased first and then in creased,the content of proline increased first and then decreased,and the production rate of oxygen free radical increased first and then decreased,Superoxide dismutase SOD activity increased first and then decreased,peroxidase POD activity increased first and then decreased,catalase CAT activity increased first and then decreased,and ascorbic acid peroxidase APX activity in naked oat seedling leaves decreased.
