Advances in surgical treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要 肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是我国癌症主要死亡原因之一。因其临床症状不明显,多数病人就诊时已至晚期,失去根治性手术切除的机会。但随着影像、检验等医学技术的发展,HCC早期发现率逐渐提高,术后总生存率也逐年上升。但HCC侵袭性强、恶性程度高,术后的无复发生存(recurrence free survival,RFS)率仍较低。
