摘要
旨在研究饲料中定期添加中药组方(益母草、当归、杜仲、女贞子、蒲公英等组成)对蛋鸡的生产性能、蛋品质及抗氧化能力的影响。选取360只300日龄的新杨黑羽蛋鸡,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只鸡。预饲期1周,正式试验期90 d。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组分别饲喂含有1 000、500及250 mg/kg中药组方的基础饲粮。用药组连续饲喂添加中药组方的饲粮10 d,再饲喂基础饲粮20 d,如此循环重复至第90天。结果表明,与对照组相比,正式试验期高剂量组(1 000 mg/kg饲料)在蛋壳强度、蛋黄比例、血清总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)方面均有显著提高(P<0.05),也显著降低了破蛋率、砂壳蛋率和血清丙二醛(MDA)的含量(P<0.05);中剂量组(500 mg/kg饲料)在产蛋率、采食量、蛋壳强度、蛋黄重、蛋黄比例、血清CAT及血清SOD方面均有显著提高(P<0.05),并且显著降低了破蛋率、砂壳蛋率和血清MDA含量(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲料中定期添加该中药组方对蛋鸡的生产性能、蛋品质及血清抗氧化能力均有提升效果。
The purpose of this study was to study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine compound on laying hens′ production performance, egg quality and antioxidant ability. Three hundred and sixty 300-day-age Xinyang black feather layers were selected and randomly divided into four groups with three replicates each and 30 chickens each. The prefeeding period was 1 week and the formal trial period was 90 days. The control group was fed the basal diet, and the high-dose group, the middle-dose group, and the low-dose group were fed the basal diet containing 1 000 mg/kg, 500 mg/kg, and 250 mg/kg of traditional Chinese medicine, respectively. The drug group fed the diet supplemented with traditional Chinese medicine compound for 10 days and the basal diet for 20 days, so repeated for 90 days. The results show that compared with the control group, the high dose group(1 000 mg/kg) was significantly increased in egg shell strength, egg yolk ratio, serum SOD and CAT(P<0.05), which also significantly reduced the egg breaking rate, sand shell egg rate and serum MDA content(P<0.05). The medium dose group(500 mg/kg) showed a significant improvement in egg laying rate, feeding amount, eggshell strength, egg yolk weight, egg yolk ratio, serum CAT and serum SOD(P<0.05), and significantly reduced the egg breaking rate, sand shell egg rate and serum MDA content(P<0.05). In summary, The traditional Chinese medicine compound improved the production performance, egg quality and serum antioxidant in the egg laying hens.
