典型预防性养护措施长期使用性能研究

Study on Long-Term Performance of Typical Preventive Maintenance Measures

为科学应用预防性养护措施,提升城市快速路路面技术状况水平,延长路面使用寿命,在预先调研路况的基础上,有针对性地选择了3类6种典型预防性养护措施进行试点应用。经过3年时间,对路面摆值、构造深度、渗水系数、破损状况及外观进行了连续跟踪检测,分析了典型预防性养护措施的功能性、耐久性及适用性。观测数据表明,在中、轻轴载下,试验段内的预防性养护措施均可使用3年以上。薄层罩面类措施长期性能优越;再生剂类和封膜类预防性养护措施在施工后,短期内会降低抗滑性能,随后又将恢复,并具有一定抑制剥落的效果。为今后同类快速路制定预防性养护方案提供了参考。

In order to scientifically apply preventive maintenance measures to improve the level of pavement technology of Urban Expressway and prolong the life of pavement,this study selected six typical preventive maintenance measures for pilot application on the basis of pre investigation of road conditions.After three years of continuous tracking and detection of pavement friction coefficient,structural depth,water seepage coefficient,damage condition and appearance,the functionality,durability and applicability of typical preventive maintenance measures are analyzed.The observation data show that the preventive maintenance measures in the test section under medium and light axle load can be used for more than three years.The long-term performance of thin layer covering measures is superior.The preventive maintenance measures of regenerant and film sealing will reduce the anti-sliding performance in a short time after construction,and then recover,and have a certain effect of inhibiting spalling.This study provides a reference for the formulation of preventive maintenance scheme for similar expressways in the future.
