人性化理念在城市更新市政改建项目中的应用研究——以徐汇区枫林路天桥改建项目为例

Study on the Application of Humanization Concept in Urban Renewal and Municipal Reconstruction Projects——Case Study on the Reconstruction Project of Fenglin Road Flyover in Xuhui District

以上海市徐汇区枫林路天桥旧改项目为依托,研究了人性化理念在市政旧改项目全过程中的应用方式。结合项目背景及功能需求,提出了满足人性化理念的三点设计原则:功能性、无障碍化和景观需求。在此基础上,细化了设计方案。在施工阶段确保质量和安全的前提下,优先考虑慢行系统的通行需求,并提出了不同施工阶段的临时交通组织方案,为今后类似的工程处理提供参考思路。

Based on the old reform project of Fenglin Road flyover in Xuhui District,Shanghai,the way of applying the humanization concept in the whole process of municipal old reform project is studied.Combining with the project background and functional requirements,three design principles are proposed to meet the humanization concept:functionality,accessibility and landscape requirements.On this basis,a design scheme was refined.Under the premise of ensuring quality and safety in the construction stage,the access demand of the slow walking system is given priority,and the temporary traffic organization scheme for different construction stages isproposed to provide reference ideas for the treatment of similar projects in the future.
