波纹钢管涵洞的应用及受力性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 国内外在各类工程中的使用情况证实,波纹钢管涵洞具有良好的使用性能,使用寿命长于结构物的设计寿命。结合内蒙古某公路改建工程,对波纹钢管涵的应用进行了探讨。文中假定波纹管和土体无滑移,首先采用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS在土压力和车辆荷载的共同作用下,对波纹钢管涵的受力情况进行了详细分析。分析结果表明,管涵的轴向应力远小于竖向及水平向应力,且总的应力满足规范要求。接着分析了土的弹性模量对管涵受力情况的影响。结果表明,土的弹性模量对管涵受力影响较大。最后结合实际工程,对工程中需要注意的几个问题进行了详细阐述。 As proved by many domestic and abroad projects,the service life of corrugated steel pipe is longer than design life.Combined with an Inner Monglia project,the application of corrugated steel pipe is deeply investigated.Using the large-scale universal software ANSYS,the force bearing situation of corrugated steel pipe under soil pressure and vehicle load is analyzed under the presumption of no slippage between soil and the corrugated steel pipe.Analysis showed that axial stress is far less than the vertical and longitudinal stress;the total stress is less than the stress allowed in the specification.After that,the same corrugated steel pipe is analyzed with different soil elastic modulus,which shows the significant affection of soil elastic modulus to the results.At the end,combined with the actual project,several points which should be paid special attention is elaborated in detail.
