钢混组合加固在钢桁梁桥改造中的应用研究

摘要 钢混组合加固是通过对负载钢结构外包或部分包裹混凝土形成组合结构的一种新型加固方法,能经济有效地大幅提高钢构件的抗压和稳定承载力,同时增强构件的抗锈蚀性能和抗船撞的安全性,具有显著的综合效益。松浦大桥大修工程是国内首座将组合加固法应用于钢桁梁桥升级改造的工程实例。结合松浦大桥加劲弦钢混组合加固,详细介绍并分析了其构造特点、受力性能及相应的施工措施,为大量既有钢桥的大修和改造利用提供有益借鉴。 Steel and concrete composite strengthening is a new type of strengthening method that forms a composite structure by externally wrapping or partially encasing loading steel members with reinforcement concrete.It can greatly improve the compressive and stable bearing capacity of steel members economically and effectively,and at the same time enhance the anti-corrosion performance and anti-collision safety of elements,and thus has remarkable comprehensive benefits.Songpu Bridge is the first project in China to apply steel and concrete composite strengthening method to the widening and reconstruction of steel truss girder bridges.In combination with steel and concrete composite strengthening of stiffening chords of Songpu bridge,the structural characteristics,mechanical performance and construction measures of steel and concrete composite strengthening are introduced.A useful reference for the strengthening and reconstruction of a large number of existing steel bridges is provided.
