摘要
新型的纳米二氧化钛环氧乳化沥青铺装技术有着降解地下道路汽车尾气的效果,且施工期间产生的空气污染较小。为使这种优势技术得到广泛应用,现对其光催化效果和地下道路的光照布置参数进行研究,从影响沥青路面降解尾气效果的各因素进行探索,分析不同因素对尾气降解效果的影响规律。考虑到的影响因素主要有不同纳米材料粒径、不同混合料载体、光催化材料的不同掺量、降解时间长短以及光照强度等。利用气体分析仪,对各因素进行对比试验研究,分析沥青混合料中添加光催化材料后,对尾气中CO、碳氢化合物HC(丙烷为主)、CO_(2)及氮氧化合物NOx的降解效果,并进行地下道路灯光布置案例分析,得到光照参数与降解率的关系,最后给出光照参数的建议。
Nano titanium dioxide epoxy emulsifying asphalt pavement technology has the effect of degradation of underground road vehicle exhaust,air pollution and less generated during construction.To expand its application,the photocatalytic effect and the underground road layout parameters of light are investigated.To explore the influencing factors of asphalt pavement degradation from the exhaust effect,the influence of different factors on the degradation efficiency is analyzed considering the influence of different grain size,different mixture carrier,photocatalytic materials of different dosage,degradation time and light intensity,etc.Comparative experimental research was carried out by using the factor analysis of gas analyzer,adding photocatalytic materials into asphalt mixture of HC and CO hydrocarbons in the exhaust.The degradation efficiency of CO_(2) and nitrogen oxides NOx was analyzed in underground road lighting layout case,from which we got the relationship between illumination parameters and degradation rate.Therefore the illumination parameters are suggested in the final suggestion.
