摘要
依托陕西延安至黄陵高速公路某合同段沥青路面中下面层实体工程,分别以ATB-30和AC-20沥青混合料为研究对象,对比添加温拌剂与未添加温拌剂的沥青混合料指标,对不同铺筑方案的沥青混合料相关压实效果进行分析。通过比较ATB-30和AC-20沥青混合料的马歇尔稳定度、残留马歇尔稳定度、动稳定度等指标,分析不同“温拌温铺”、“热拌温铺”铺筑方案的压实度指标等。结果表明:添加温拌剂可提升混合料的压实性能、沥青裹覆、抗水损害能力;在保证相同压实效果的情况下,碾压ATB-30混合料时,可降低摊铺温度幅度20℃左右,碾压AC-20混合料时,可降低摊铺温度幅度15℃左右。
Relying on the solid project of the middle and bottom layer of asphalt pavement in a section of Yan’an-Huangling Expressway in Shanxi Province,ATB-30 and AC-20 asphalt mixtures are taken as the research objects.The asphalt mixture indexes with and without warm mixture are compared,and the relevant compaction effects of asphalt mixtures with different paving schemes are analyzed.By comparing the Marshall stability,residual Marshall stability and dynamic stability of ATB-30 and AC-20,the compactness indexes of different mixing and paving schemes are analyzed.The results show that adding warm mix agent can improve the compaction performance,asphalt coating and moisture susceptibility of the mixture.Under the condition of ensuring the same compaction effect,when rolling ATB-30 mixture,the paving temperature can be reduced by about 20℃.For AC-20 mixture,the paving temperature can be reduced by about 15 ℃.
