摘要
研究首选确定钢渣和玄武岩两种集料透水沥青混合料PAC-13和PAC-05的目标级配和最佳沥青用量,并进一步对比分析各组透水沥青混合料的路用性能。试验表明,宝武集团滚筒法生产的钢渣残余游离氧化钙含量较低,钢渣透水沥青混合料不存在体积安定性不足的问题,且钢渣透水沥青混合料具有更好的力学性能、抗滑性能和抗疲劳性能。示范工程验证了钢渣透水沥青混合料用于道路、停车场面层材料的可行性。研究旨在为透水沥青混合料提供一种新的集料来源,同时实现钢渣的高品质资源化利用,具有良好的社会和环境效益。
It is preferred to determine the target air voids and optimal asphalt content of permeable asphalt mixtures PAC-13 and PAC-05 with steel slag and basalt,respectively.Comparison and analysis of the road performance were carried out for each group of permeable asphalt mixtures.The test shows that the residual free calcium oxide in steel slag is lower in samples produced by drum method of Baowu Group,and there is no problem of insufficient volume stability in steel slag permeable asphalt mixture.Steel slag permeable asphalt mixture has better mechanical properties,skid resistance and fatigue resistance.The research aims to provide a new aggregate source for permeable asphalt mixture,realize the high-quality resource utilization of steel slag,and achieve good social and environmental benefits.
