抑郁在高中生手机成瘾与自伤间的中介作用 被引量:4

Mediating effect of depression in the relationship between mobile phone addiction and self-harm among senior high school students

摘要 目的探讨高中生手机成瘾、抑郁和自伤之间的关系。方法使用整群抽样法,选取福建某两所高中707名学生,采用智能手机成瘾问卷(smartphone addiction scale,SAS)、病人健康问卷(patient health questionnaire-9,PHQ-9)和青少年自我伤害问卷(adolescents self-harm scale,ASHS)进行问卷调查。使用SPSS 23.0统计软件进行描述性分析、相关分析,并用Mplus 8.3进行结构方程建模以及采用Bootstrap法进行中介效应检验。结果高中生自伤的发生率为33.38%,手机成瘾得分为(106.01±27.18)分,抑郁得分为5.00(1.00,9.00)分,自伤得分为0(0,3.00)分。手机成瘾与抑郁、自伤呈正相关(r=0.33,0.16;均P<0.01),抑郁与自伤呈正相关(r=0.52,P<0.01)。抑郁在手机成瘾和自伤之间起完全中介作用(效应值=0.16,95%CI=0.12~0.21)。结论手机成瘾可以通过抑郁的中介作用间接预测自伤行为。 Objective To explore the relationship among mobile phone addiction,depression and self-harm in senior high school students.Methods Totally 707 students were collected from two middle schools by cluster sampling method,and smartphone addiction scale(SAS),patient health questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)and adolescents self-harm scale(ASHS)were used for investigation.SPSS 23.0 software was used for descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,and Mplus 8.3 was used to conduct structural equation modeling and Bootstrap mediated effect test.Results The rate of self-harm was 33.38%.The scores of mobile phone addiction,depression and self-harm were(106.01±27.18),5.00(1.00,9.00)and 0(0,3.00),respectively.Mobile phone addiction was positively correlated with depression and self-harm(r=0.33,0.16,both P<0.01),and depression was positively correlated with self-harm(r=0.52,P<0.01).Depression played full mediating role in the relationship between mobile phone addiction and self-harm(effect value=0.16,95%CI=0.12-0.21).Conclusion This study indicates that depression exerts a mediating effect on the relationship between mobile phone addiction and self-harm.
