摘要
针对实时监测电阻点焊过程信息的需求,区别于现有采集系统配合上位机的监测方案,设计一种以STM32F405为核心的便携式电阻点焊监测仪。该监测仪可实现点焊过程多信息采集、曲线实时显示以及基于包络线的过程监测。试验结果表明,该监测仪具有较高的检测精度,各过程信息检测中的最大误差为1.0%;针对漆包线点焊,通过对压力及电阻信号进行包络线功能监测,可有效判断因漆包线脱离焊盘导致的焊接异常。监测仪功能完备,可应用于多种生产环境,较好地满足实时数据采集及分析的要求。
Aiming at the need for real-time monitoring of resistance spot welding process information, a portable resistance spot welding monitor with STM32F405 as the core was designed, which is different from the monitoring scheme of the existing acquisition system with host computer. The monitor can realize multi-information collection of spot welding process, real-time curve display, and process monitoring based on envelope curve. The test results show that the monitor has high detection accuracy, the maximum error of all detected process information is 1.0%. For spot welding of enameled wire,by monitoring the envelope curves of pressure and resistance signals, it is practicable to effectively judge the welding abnormality of enameled wire disengaged from pad. The monitor has complete functions, and can be used in multiple production environment, and satisfies the requirements of real-time data collection and analysis.
