Professor WANG Qingguo's Experience in Treating Allergic Rhinitis

[目的]阐述王庆国教授辨治过敏性鼻炎经验及特色用药。[方法]通过跟师学习、研读相关学术论文,总结并整理王师六经辨治过敏性鼻炎的创新病机及特色用药,并附医案一则加以佐证。[结果]王师以六经为基础论治过敏性鼻炎,认为过敏性鼻炎以太阳、少阴、少阳病最为常见;溯本求源,创新理论,提出肺阳虚的概念;治疗本病时常在基本方基础上配伍苍耳子、白芷、葛根、蔓荆子、鱼脑石等经验用药。所列验案为临床过敏性鼻炎典型病例,辨证为阳虚肺寒、太少不和,处方以麻黄细辛附子汤、柴胡桂枝汤、玉屏风散加减化裁,效用显著。[结论]王师将过敏性鼻炎致病因素归纳为外感风寒、素体阳虚、枢机不利等,通过六经辨证,分经论治,依法选方,据方处药,灵活化裁,其经验特色值得借鉴。

[Objective]To introduce Professor WANG Qingguo's experience in treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR)and characteristics of medication.[Methods]Through studying with the teacher and reading related academic papers,the innovative pathogenesis and characteristic drugs of Professor WANG's treatment of AR from six-channel syndrome differentiation were summarized and sorted,and one medical case was attached as evidence.[Results]Professor WANG takes the six-channel syndrome differentiation treatment as a foundation,and regards the most common types of AR are Taiyang,Shaoyin and Shaoyang diseases.Professor WANG puts forward the concept of the lung Yang deficiency by tracing the origin and innovating.In the treatment of AR,empirical drugs such as Xanthii Fructus,Angelicae Dahuricae Radix,Puerariae Lobatae Radix,Viticis Fructus,Piscis Cerebrum Lapis,etc.are often used as basic prescriptions.The case listed was a typical case of AR,and the syndrome differentiation was Yang deficiency and lung cold,disharmony between Taiyang and Shaoyang.Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction,Chaihu Guizhi Decoction and Yupingfeng Powder were selected to reduce the symptoms,with remarkable effectiveness.[Conclusion]Professor WANG summarizes the pathogenic factors of AR as exogenous cold,deficiency of Yang,dysfunction of acting as a pivot,etc.,and treats AR from six-channel syndrome differentiation.Treatment is according to the meridians,selecting prescriptions according to the rule,selecting drugs according to the prescriptions,and modifying flexibly,the clinical experience is worth learning.
