摘要
[目的]观察硬皮1号手膜霜改善硬皮病患者皮肤病变的临床疗效。[方法]选取2019年10月至2021年9月于浙江中医药大学附属第一医院就诊的硬皮病患者72例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各36例,对照组常规予免疫抑制及改善末梢循环治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上联合硬皮1号手膜霜外敷,每日1次,每次6 h,治疗周期为2周,分别于治疗前后对入组患者受累皮肤硬化程度、雷诺现象和甲襞微循环情况进行评估。[结果]硬皮1号手膜霜外敷后,治疗组皮肤硬化程度较对照组轻,经冷水及握拳激发的雷诺现象持续时间、局部麻木及疼痛时间均较对照组短,另外甲襞微循环情况,尤其是输入支管径、输出支管径、袢顶直径的改善也较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。[结论]硬皮1号手膜霜治疗硬皮病患者皮肤病变安全有效,值得进一步推广。
[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of Yingpi No.1 hand mask cream on improving skin symptoms in patients with scleroderma.[Methods]Seventy-two patients with scleroderma who were treated in The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from October 2019 to September 2021 were randomly enrolled into treatment group and control group(36 cases in each).The patients in control group received routine treatment of immunosuppressant and drugs for improving microcirculation.The patients in treatment group underwent an external application of Yingpi No.1 hand mask cream,once a day,6 hours each time for 2 weeks,based on the routine treatment.The degrees of skin sclerosis,Raynaud's phenomenon,and nail fold microcirculation were evaluated before and after treatment.[Results]The degree of skin hardening in treatment group was lighter than that in control group,and the duration of Raynaud's phenomenon,local numbness,and pain were shorter after the cold water and fist-pumping test.In addition,the microcirculation of nail fold,especially the diameter of input branch,output branch,and tip of loop,was improved more obviously than that of control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Yingpi No.1 hand mask cream is safe and effective in improving skin lesions in patients with scleroderma,which is worth further promotion.
