Professor YANG Jun's Experience of Chronic Tinnitus Treated with the Acupuncture

[目的]总结介绍杨骏教授针灸治疗慢性耳鸣的学术思想及临证经验。[方法]通过跟师临证学习,查阅古籍及文献,记录杨教授运用调神通窍法治疗慢性耳鸣的临证经验,对其学术观点、选穴思路、特色疗法加以总结归纳,并举验案一则以佐证。[结果]杨教授认为慢性耳鸣与情志内伤关系密切,情志不调、气血不畅、经脉不通导致耳窍失养从而发为耳鸣,治疗上以“通督调神、活血开窍”为治则,调神与通窍并举,妙用冰片灸,增强宣通耳窍之力。所举验案中患者诊断为气滞血瘀型慢性耳鸣,治疗上以调畅情志、理气活血、通络开窍为总则,使瘀血得化、耳窍得养,耳鸣声息。[结论]杨教授针灸治疗慢性耳鸣,注重形神一体同治、调神通窍方法并举,善于通督调神、启闭开窍,针药并用,妙用冰片灸,疗效显著,值得学习借鉴。

[Objective]To summarize and introduce Professor YANG Jun's academic thought and clinical experience on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of chronic tinnitus.[Methods]The clinical experience of Professor YANG in treating chronic tinnitus with regulating the spirit and opening the orifices method was recorded by consulting the teacher and reading ancient books and literatures,his academic views,selection of acupoints and characteristic therapy was summarized,and an empirical case was cited as evidence.[Results]Professor YANG Jun believes that chronic tinnitus is closely related to emotional internal injuries,and the lack of nourishment of ear orifices,which is caused by emotional maladjustment,stagnant movement of Qi and blood,and meridian obstruction.In the treatment of tinnitus,the principle of“dredging Governor Vessel for regulating spirit and promoting blood circulation to open the orifices”is adopted to regulate the spirit and open the orifices at the same time,and borneol moxibustion is used to increase the power of opening the ear orifices.The patient was diagnosed as chronic tinnitus of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type,and the general principle of treatment was to adjust the mood,regulate Qi and promote blood circulation,and activate collaterals and open orifices,so that blood stasis was resolved,the ear was nourished,and the tinnitus was cured.[Conclusion]Professor YANG Jun's acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of chronic tinnitus,concentrates on the synchronous healing of form and spirit and the combination of regulating the spirit and opening the orifices method,utilizes dredging Governor Vessel for regulating spirit,reopening closed orifices,acupuncture with medication.The curative effect is remarkable and worth learning.
