摘要
[目的/意义]探究健康信息用户探索式搜索过程中的情感体验状态以及变化,厘清在探索式搜索过程中情感体验的变化路径,消极情绪的来源,情感应对技能对调节探索式搜索过程中消极情绪的作用。[方法/过程]运用实验法、问卷调查法、深度访谈法三种研究方法,采用ACS指标测量被试的情感应对技能,采用日内瓦评估问卷测量用户的情感状态。[结果/结论]在搜索过程中,健康信息用户情感变化路径有三类,情感成分伴随着用户的搜索与学习阶段而变化,搜索过程中消极情绪主要来源于知识和经验、外界信息环境和认知能力三个方面,情感应对技能高低在用户搜索行为指标上不存在显著的统计差异,其作用主要反映在抑制消极情绪方面的努力程度上。
[Purpose/significance]In order to explore the state and change of emotional experience of health information users in exploratory search process,we clarify the change path of emotional experience in exploratory search process,the source of negative emotions,and the role of affective coping skills in regulating negative emotions in exploratory search process.[Method/process]The ACS index was used to measure the emotional coping skills of the subjects,and the Geneva Assessment Questionnaire was used to measure the emotional state of the users.[Result/conclusion]The study found that in the process of exploratory search,there are three kinds of health information users emotional change path,emotion changes along with the user’s learning stage.The negative emotion mainly comes from the knowledge and experience,the information environment and cognitive ability.No significant statistical difference was found in search behaviors between users of emotional coping skills.The effect of affective coping skills is mainly reflected in the degree of effort to suppress negative emotions.
