Strengthening the quality supervision and management of cases is the inevitable requirement under the new situation,the important support of judicial reform,and the only way to improve the quality and efficiency of handling cases.At present,the quality supervision of cases is faced with challenges such as the integration of business and team,the release of functional utility,and the standardization of evaluation.Strengthening the supervision and management of case quality can be realized by renewing the supervision concept,strengthening the quality supervision of case,clarifying the boundary of judicial power and responsibility between the subject of judicial handling cases and the subject of supervision,comprehensively optimizing the pattern of case quality supervision system,and establishing and perfecting the supporting mechanism of case quality evaluation.
