听证制度运用在刑事检察环节既拓展了刑事检察外部监督的渠道,又是检察机关刑事制度改革的必然,刑事检察听证正在逐步探索完善中,刑事检察环节纳入听证程序有其必要性和可行性。优化刑事检察听证制度,应通过完善听证制度的立法,进一步规范其适用范围和程序,逐步强化听证的实践应用以及救济制度。

The hearing system's utilization in the criminal prosecution process not only has developed the criminal prosecution exterior supervision channel,but also is necessary for the procuratorial organ criminal system reform.Criminal prosecution hearing is gradually exploring and improving,so it is necessary and feasible to incorporate it into criminal prosecution.In order to optimize the hearing system of criminal prosecution,we should perfect the legislation of hearing system,further standardize its applicable scope and procedure,and gradually strengthen the practical application of hearing and relief system.
