新型增韧环氧树脂固化剂的合成及性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 以聚乙二醇(PEG)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)反应合成了端—NCO聚氨酯(PU)预聚体,然后与三甲基己二胺(TMD)反应制备了环氧树脂韧性固化剂。通过红外光谱表征了其结构,并对新型韧性环氧固化剂固化环氧树脂(EP)进行了耐热性能和力学性能分析。研究结果表明:通过两步反应,成功合成了具有柔性PU链的端氨基柔性EP固化剂;当IPDI与PEG物质的量之比为3∶2时,EP材料的综合性能最佳;通过PUTMD固化的EP材料,当PU-TMD比例增多时,EP材料的断裂伸长率增大,但拉伸强度和剪切强度减小,低温柔韧性显著改善。 NCO terminated polyurethane(PU)prepolymer was synthesized by the reaction of polyethylene glycol(PEG)and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),and then epoxy resin toughening curing agent was prepared by reacting with trimethylhexanediamine(TMD).The structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,and the heat resistance and mechanical properties of epoxy resin(EP)cured by new toughened epoxy curing agent were analyzed.The research results showed that through two-step reaction,the amino-terminated flexible EP curing agent with flexible PU chain was successfully synthesized.When the mass ratio of IPDI and PEG was 3∶2,the comprehensive properties of EP material were the best.For the EP material cured by PU-TMD,when the proportion of PU-TMD increased,the elongation at break of EP material increased,but the tensile strength and shear strength decreased,and the low temperature flexibility was significantly improved.
