手机边框用可拆卸反应型聚氨酯热熔胶的制备及性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 以聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯为原料,合成了异氰酸酯基团封端预聚体。同时复配热塑性树脂、催化剂等助剂,制备了用于手机边框粘接的可拆卸反应型聚氨酯热熔胶。考察了异氰酸酯指数、多元醇结构和热塑性树脂种类对其性能的影响,并通过红外光谱仪、同步热分析仪和电子万能试验机对其分子结构、热性能和机械性能进行了表征。研究结果表明:当异氰酸酯指数R为1.8~2.2,n(聚酯多元醇)∶n(聚醚多元醇)=1∶1,其中聚酯多元醇n(7250)∶n(PN110)∶n(7360)=1∶2∶1,并使用热塑性树脂进行复配时,可制备出开放时间为1.0~9.0 min,120℃黏度在1 700~6 000 mPa·s的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶。所制备的反应型聚氨酯热熔胶的各项物理性能和力学性能符合手机边框的粘接要求,且具有可拆卸功能。 Isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer was synthesized by using polyester polyol,polyether polyol and diphenylmethane diisocyanate as raw materials.At the same time,a detachable reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive for the bonding of mobile phone frame was prepared by compounding thermoplastic resin,catalyst and other additives.The effects of isocyanate index,polyol structure and thermoplastic resin type on its properties were investigated,and its molecular structure,thermal properties and mechanical properties were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,synchronous thermal analyzer and electric universal testing machine.The research results showed that when the isocyanate index was 2.0-2.2,n(polyester polyol)∶n(polyether polyol)=1∶1,in which polyester polyol n(7250)∶n(PN110)∶n(7360)=1∶2∶1,and thermoplastic resin was compounded,the reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive with opening time of 1.0-9.0 min and viscosity of 1 700-6 000 MPa·s at 120 ℃ was prepared.The physical and mechanical properties of the prepared reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive could meet the bonding requirements of mobile phone frame,and had the detachable function.
