摘要
【目的】有效管控装配式建筑成本,促进装配式建筑的快速发展。【方法】以设计阶段成本管控为出发点,结合装配式建筑成本管控复杂性、非线性及非定量因素多的特点,运用系统动力学软件对装配式建筑成本的影响因素进行仿真分析,探讨设计阶段对装配式建筑成本的影响。【结果】加强对设计人员成本控制知识的培训,提高设计标准化程度、设计精细化水平和各专业间协同程度有助于降低装配式建筑的成本。【结论】开发商应重视装配式建筑设计阶段的重要作用,对成本实施有效管控。
[Purposes]The paper aims to effectively control the cost of prefabricated buildings and promote the rapid development of prefabricated buildings.[Methods]Taking the cost control in the design phase as the starting point,combined with the characteristics of complexity,nonlinear and many nonquantitative factors for the cost control of prefabricated buildings,the system dynamics software was used to simulate and analyze the influencing factors of the cost of prefabricated buildings,and the influence of the design phase on the cost of prefabricated buildings was discussed.[Findings]Strengthening the training of cost control knowledge for designers,improving design standardization degree,the level of design refinement and the collaboration degree among various professions can help reduce the cost of prefabricated buildings.[Conclusions]Developers should pay attention to the important role of the prefabricated building design phase and implement effective cost control.
