老挝伊蚊族种类调查及分布

Investigation on the distribution of Tribe Aedini Mosquitoes in Laos

摘要 目的掌握老挝伊蚊族种类分布情况,为制定老挝有效的媒介控制策略及措施提供依据。方法2012-2019年采用成蚊诱蚊灯捕捉法和幼虫勺捕法在老挝10省开展伊蚊族种类调查,并结合以往老挝蚊虫调查相关文献,确定出老挝伊蚊种类、孳生环境、主要分布及其医学重要性。结果共发现老挝伊蚊族种类5属、26亚属、90种,其中与登革热、基孔肯雅热和寨卡病毒病等相关的重要伊蚊种类埃及伊蚊和白纹伊蚊属于老挝居民区主要优势伊蚊种群,分布较广。结论老挝伊蚊族种类丰富,埃及伊蚊和白纹伊蚊属于老挝居民区优势伊蚊种群,建议相关部门加强伊蚊监测。 Objective To master the compositions and distributions of tribe Aedini species in Laos,providing the basis for formulating effective strategies and measures for vector control.Methods Species checklist,breeding environment,distribution and medical importance of tribe Aedini were determined by CDC light traps collecting adult mosquitoes and spoon method collecting larvae in 10 provinces of Laos from 2012 to 2019,in combination with previous mosquitoes investigation literature in Laos.Results A total of 90 species belong to 5 genera,26 subgenera were found in Laos.Among them,Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus,which are related to dengue fever,chikungunya fever and Zika virus disease,are the main dominant Aedes populations and are widely distributed in the residential areas of Laos.Conclusion There are abundant species of tribe Aedini in Laos.Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus are the main dominant Aedes populations in Laos.It is suggested that relevant departments strengthen Aedes monitoring.
