摘要
塞内加尔刺桐(Erythrina senegalensis)枝叶以甲醇提取,用硅胶柱层析和Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析进行化学成分分离纯化,得到5个生物碱,经核磁共振波谱和理化性质分析对化合物结构进行鉴定,鉴定它们的结构为erytharbine(1)、(+)-erysotramidine(2)、erysotrine(3)、erysotrine-N-oxide(4)、(+)-11α-hydroxyerysotrine(5)。均为首次从塞内加尔刺桐中分离得到。
Five alkaloids were isolated from Erythrina senegalensis by silica gel chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography. Their structures were identified as erytharbine(1),(+)-erysotramidine(2), erysotrine(3), erysotrine-N-oxide(4) and(+)-11α-hydroxyerysotrine(5) by the analysis of NMR spectroscopic data combined with their physicochemical data. All the alkaloids were isolated from Erythrina senegalensis for the first time.
