摘要
研究了80S钢在低含硫气井产出液中的电化学耐蚀行为,利用动电位极化、电化学阻抗谱等方法研究了温度、含硫量对80S钢的腐蚀影响。结果表明:80S钢随温度升高其腐蚀电流密度(Icorr)先增大而后有所减小,电荷传递电阻(Rt)呈现了先大幅减小后稍有增大的趋势;随介质硫含量增大其腐蚀电流密度增大,电荷传递电阻相比在基础介质中的Rt值大幅减小,表明加入的含硫物加速了阴极反应的活化过程,增大了80S钢的腐蚀性。
The corrosion resistance behavior of 80S steel was studied in the produced fluids of the low-sulfur gas well.The influence of temperature and sulfur content on 80S steel was conducted by potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) methods. The results showed that the corrosion current density(Icorr) of 80S steel increased firstly and then decreased with increasing temperature, while the charge transfer resistance(Rt)decreased and then increased slightly. With increasing of sulfur content in the experimental medium, the corrosion current density increased and the charge transfer resistance decreased significantly compared with the Rt value in the basic medium. It indicated that the addition of sulfur compounds accelerated the activation process of cathode reaction and increased the corrosion of 80S steel.
