中冷油吸收工艺提浓乙烯的应用 被引量:1

摘要 利用中冷油吸收工艺回收炼厂的碳二资源,并通过AspenPlus软件建模计算分析该工艺的能耗,结合其设备费用及产品下游加工路线对该工艺进行分析研究。与常用的浅冷油吸收工艺进行对比,中冷油吸收工艺不仅能够回收炼厂的碳二资源,还能以较低的能耗与设备费用,将碳二中的乙烯提浓至80%至聚合级乙烯的纯度,可有效提升炼厂的整体效益。 Mid-cool oil-adsorption process was used to recover the C;resources of the refinery, and the energy consumption of the process was calculated and analyzed by Aspen Plus. Compared with shallow-cool oil-absorption process which was used commonly, the mid-cool oil-absorption process could not only recover the C;resources of the refinery, but also concentrate the ethylene in the C;to 80% to polymer grade with lower energy consumption and equipment cost, so that could effectively improve the overall profit of the refinery.
