摘要
某煤化工企业目前高含盐水装置生产出大量杂盐固体废物,为实现高含盐水中水资源回用及结晶盐资源化利用,企业亟须开发高含盐水资源化技术。通过对高含盐水水质分析,开发了高含盐废水膜分盐、浓缩和分盐分质结晶工艺技术,实现中水回用和结晶盐资源化利用,回用水可作为循环水的补充水使用,同时副产工业级氯化钠和硫酸钠产品。
At present, high salt water plant produces a large number of mixed salt solid waste in a coal chemical enterprise. In order to realize the reuse of reclaimed water and the resource utilization of crystalline salt, the enterprise urgently needs to develop high salt water resource technology. Based on the analysis of the water quality of high salt water, the process technology of membrane salt separation, concentration and salt crystallization of high salt wastewater was developed, so as to realize the reuse of reclaimed water and the resource utilization of crystalline salt.The reclaimed water can be used as the make-up water of circulating water, and industrial grade sodium chloride and sodium sulfate products can be produced at the same time.
