摘要
中国石化大连石油化工研究院以技术问题和市场需求为导向开发了具有毫米级孔道的保护催化剂、专门脱铁/脱钙保护催化剂以及具有新型三叶草形状的高性能加氢脱硫催化剂和加氢脱残炭催化剂,形成具有毫米级-微米级-几百纳米级-几十纳米级的S-Fitrap加氢保护脱金属催化剂级配体系,取得了很好工业应用效果。同时,与国外加氢催化剂专利商相比,FZC系列渣油加氢处理催化剂及级配体系在床层压降控制方面具有更大优势,加氢性能整体又优于或与国外专利商加氢催化剂相当,更有利于装置实现长周期高效稳定运转。
Sinopec Dalian Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals has developed guard catalyst with millimeter pore, specialized deferrization/decalcification guard catalyst, high performance hydrodesulfurization and hydrodecarbonation catalyst with trefoil structure. Then the S-Fitrap hydrogenation and demetallization catalyst grading system has been developed, which has millimeter-micron-hundreds of nanometer-tens of nanometer pore, and good industrial application have been obtained. At the same time, FZC series residue hydrotreating catalyst and grading system have more advantages in bed pressure drop control compared with foreign hydrogenation catalyst patent, and the hydrogenation performance is better than or equal to that of foreign hydrogenation catalyst patent,which is more beneficial to the efficient, stable and long-run.
