摘要 结合军队油料安全储备、火灾防控要求的背景,聚焦液体池火灾蔓延规律的研究方向,围绕表面流、初始温度和油池厚度及宽度等因素,分析了其对油料池火发展过程、演变规律的影响;围绕解决军队航空煤油安全供应问题,阐述了火焰蔓延抑制的两类关键技术(物理抑制和化学抑制),为军用油库安全储备油料、预防控制火灾提供了重要参考,对科学配置消防器材、合理制定救援灭火方案提供了理论指导。 Combined with the background of military oil safety reserve and fire prevention and control requirements,the research direction of liquid pool fire spread law was introduced.The factors such as surface flow, initial temperature, oil pool thickness and width, which have a great influence on the development process and evolution law of oil pool fire, were analyzed. Focusing on solving the problem of safe supply of military aviation kerosene, two key technologies of flame spread suppression were expounded, including physical suppression and chemical suppression,which could provide important reference for the safe storage of oil and fire prevention and control in military oil depots, and also provide theoretical guidance for the scientific allocation of fire-fighting equipment and the rational formulation of rescue and fire-fighting plans.
