摘要
采用法国Alliance公司FuturaII型连续流动分析仪对水中的总氮进行测定,并在方法原理、检出限、测定下限、精密度、准确度等方面与碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法进行对比分析。结果表明:两种方法测定标准样品时均具有良好的准确度和精密度,测定实际水样的结果无显著性差异,均满足水质监测的技术要求。连续流动分析仪可实现全自动化分析,尤其适用于大批量样品的分析测试。在工作中可根据实际需要选择相应的实验方法。
The FuturaII continuous flow analyzer of the French Alliance company was used to determine the total nitrogen in the standard sample and real water samples, and it was compared with the alkaline potassium persulfate digestion ultraviolet spectrophotometry in terms of principle, detection limit, reliable quantitation limit, precision and accuracy. The results showed that the two methods had good accuracy and precision when measuring standard samples,and there was no significant difference in the results of measuring actual water samples, both of which met the technical requirements of water quality monitoring. Continuous flow analyzers can realize fully automated analysis,especially suitable for the analysis and testing of large quantities of samples.In the work, the corresponding experimental method can be selected according to the actual needs.
