超稠油油藏复合乳化降黏剂的优选及性能评价

摘要 乳化降黏是稠油油藏和超稠油油藏降黏开采的一种重要方式,为了满足超稠油油藏高效降黏开发的需求,以超稠油样品的降黏率为评价标准,分别评价了8种不同类型乳化降黏剂对超稠油样品的降黏效果,并优选出了性能优良的复合乳化降黏剂。结果表明:不同类型的乳化降黏剂对超稠油样品的降黏效果有所不同,其中乳化降黏剂JZ-2和CY-1的降黏效果较好,并且随着乳化降黏剂加量的增大,降黏率逐渐升高;JZ-2与CY-1质量比为1:1的复合乳化降黏剂降黏效果优于单--降黏剂,当复合降黏剂的加量为3%时,可使初始黏度为183200 mPars的超稠油样品的降黏率达到99.7%;水含量越高,复合乳化降黏剂的降黏效果越好,推荐最佳油水比为60:40;矿化度对复合乳化降黏剂的降黏效果影响较小,说明其具有良好的抗盐性能;稠油样品的初始黏度值越高,复合乳化降黏剂的降黏效果越好,可以满足不同类型稠油乳化降黏的需求。 Emulsion viscosity reduction is an important way of viscosity reduction production in heavy oil reservoir and super heavy oil reservoirs.In order to meet the needs of efficient viscosity reduction development of super heavy oil reservoir,the viscosity reduction effects of 8 different types of emulsion viscosity reducing agents on super heavy oil samples were evaluated based on the viscosity reduction rate of super heavy oil samples,and the composite emulsion viscosity reducing agent with excellent perfbrmanee was selected.The experimental results showed that different types of emulsified viscosity reducer had different viscosity reduction effects on super heavy oil samples,among which the viscosity reduction effects of emulsified viscosity reducer JZ-2 and CY-1 were better,and the viscosity reduction rate increased gradually with the increase of the amount of emulsified viscosity reducer;The viscosity reduction effect of composite emulsified viscosity reducer with JZ-2 lo CY-1 mass ratio of 1:1 was better than that of single viscosity reducer.When the dosage of composite viscosity reducer was 3%,the viscosity reduction rate of super heavy oil sample with initial viscosity of 183200 mPa s reached 99.7%;The higher the water content,the better the viscosity reduction effect of the composite emulsion viscosity reducer,and the best oil-water ratio was recommended to be 60:40;Salinity had little effect on the viscosity reduction effect of composite emulsion viscosity reducer,indicating that it had good salt resistance;The higher the initial viscosity of heavy oil sample,the better the viscosity reduction effect of composite emulsion viscosity reducer,which could meet the needs of emulsification and viscosity reduction of different types of heavy oil.
