摘要
传统的污水沉降罐的收油工艺会使表面出现严重的老化或者是结蜡的情况,这会使后续的工艺设备受到影响,无法正常使用,不能完成收油的工作。当前出现了一种比较新型的收油工艺,那就是沉降罐自动收油工艺,针对沉降罐的出口电动阀和液位计联锁进行控制,能够确保沉降罐内部的液体位置在一定的范围之内,从而自动收油。自动收油工艺和传统的收油工艺相比,不再只依靠人工操作,也不会因为人工原因导致油水界面无法控制,或者是来液不稳定等多种情况。在某油田采油二厂的现场试验表明,每座沉降罐自动收油工艺改造比调节堰收油改造节省费用2.2万元,收油工艺改造后回收油量日增近60 m^(3),年收油量增加2.0×10^(4)m^(3),油气站场一次沉降罐收油率一直稳定在65.30%,该工艺具有很好的推广前景。
The traditional oil collection process of sewage sedimentation tank causes serious aging or wax deposition on the surface, which will affect the subsequent process equipments to not realize the work of oil collection. At present, there is a relatively new oil receiving process, that is, the automatic oil receiving process of the settling tank.The interlocking control of the electric valve at the outlet of the settling tank and the liquid level gauge can ensure that the liquid position inside the settling tank is within a certain range, so as to automatically receive the oil. Compared with the traditional oil collection process, the automatic oil collection process no longer only depends on manual operation, and it will not cause the oil-water interface to be uncontrollable or the incoming liquid to be unstable due to manual reasons. The field test in the second oil production plant of an oil field showed that the automatic oil collection process transformation of each settling tank saved 22 000 Yuan compared with the oil collection transformation of regulating weir. After the oil collection process transformation, the daily oil recovery increased by nearly 60 m^(3) and the annual oil collection increased by 2.0 × 10^(4)m^(3), and the oil rate of the primary sedimentation tank in the oil and gas station has been stable at 65.30%. This process has a good prospect of popularization.
