摘要
运用流程模拟软件,建立了高低压脱丙烷塔的热泵系统,对高低压脱丙烷塔的操作压力和理论板数进行了优化。从整个乙烯装置的流程角度,提出高压脱丙烷塔的碳三分配比的概念,确定了碳三分配比在0.30左右是合适的。针对可能出现的高压脱丙烷塔塔釜聚合结垢问题,建议增加来自低压脱丙烷塔的备用回流线。
The heat pump system of the high and low pressure depropanizers was established by using flow simulation software, and the operating pressure and theoretical plate number of the high and low pressure depropanizers were optimized. From the point of view of the whole process of ethylene plant, the concept of C;distribution ratio of high-pressure depropanizer was put forward, and the C;distribution ratio about 0.30 was determined to be appropriate.It was suggested to add a backflow line from the low pressure depropanizer to solve the coking problem of the high pressure depropanizer bottom.
