摘要
通过对北方某大型炼化一体化企业炼油分厂酸性水乳化严重问题做全方位分析,选择了BR-ZFJ型反向破乳剂进行前期调研、可行性分析和试用情况分析,通过各数据综合评价,表明BR-ZFJ型反相破乳剂能使汽提塔净化水的质量有明显改善;该反相破乳剂有益、可行,且适用于该大型炼化一体化企业炼油分厂140t·h^(-1)污水汽提装置;该剂具有良好的工业应用效果,在注剂量为每吨污水0.079kg的情况下,能充分满足污水汽提装置对污水含油脱出率的要求,处理后的酸性污水可以满足后续净化水要求,达到了我国污水的排放条件,降低了能耗,提高了装置的运行周期,为炼油分厂解决了环保难题、打破了反相破乳剂货源单一的瓶颈、带来了可观的经济效益。
Through comprehensive analysis of the acid water emulsification in a refinery branch of a large-scale integrated refinery in north China, the BR-ZFJ type reverse demulsifier was selected for preliminary investigation,feasibility analysis and trial application analysis. The comprehensive evaluation of all the data showed that the quality of purified water was improved obviously by BR-ZFJ type reverse phase demulsifier. The demulsifier was useful,feasible and suitable for the 140 t·h^(-1)wastewater stripping unit of a large scale integrated refinery in north China. The demulsifier had good industrial application effect when the dosage was 0.079 kg·t^(-1), it fully met the requirements of the waste water stripping unit for the oil removal rate of the waste water, and the treated acid waste water met the requirements of the subsequent purification of the water, thus meeting the discharge conditions of the waste water in our country and reducing the energy consumption, the operation period of the device was increased. The problem of environmental protection was solved, the bottleneck of single demulsifier source was broken, and considerable economic benefits were obtained.
