自动测试设备无主从式多节点网络的设计

摘要 为适应自动测试设备模块化、通用化、可扩展的发展趋势,提出了一种无主从式多节点网络设计方案。基于M-LVDS总线和CAN总线,充分利用其特性,实现的通讯方案具有无主从、实时性好、灵活扩展的特点。通过地址注册和各节点滤波器的配置,实现了各节点间的自由通讯,可以单播、多播、广播以及其他特殊形式的接受数据,并且可以根据实际需求自由切换通讯方式,增加减少节点数量。测试结果表明,所设计的通讯方案数据接受方式灵活多变,系统扩展性好,满足实际需求。 In order to adapt to the development trend of modularization, generalization and scalability of automatic test equipment, a multi-node communication scheme without master and slave is proposed. Based on the M-LVDS bus and CAN bus, making full use of their characteristics, the realized communication is no master-slave, real-time, flexible and extensible. Through the registration of the address and the configuration of the filters of each node, the free communication between the nodes is realized, and the data can be received in unicast, multicast, broadcast and other special forms, and the communication method can be freely switched according to actual needs, increase or decrease number of nodes. The test results show that the designed communication scheme has flexible data acceptance methods, and good system scalability to meet actual needs.
