摘要
为提高Lyocell纤维的阻燃性能,以有机蒙脱土(OMMT)为阻燃剂,采用共混法制备阻燃Lyocell纤维。利用激光粒度分析仪测试阻燃剂分散液在研磨过程中的粒径变化;利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、热重分析仪测试OMMT研磨后层面间距的变化、Lyocell纤维的表面形貌以及热稳定性;采用垂直燃烧试验研究阻燃Lyocell非织造布的阻燃性能。结果表明:OMMT提高了Lyocell纤维的热稳定性,阻燃Lyocell纤维在800℃时的成炭率为37.9%;阻燃Lyocell非织造布在垂直燃烧时未出现阴燃,续燃时间也大大缩短,表现出一定的阻燃性能。
In order to improve the flame retardant performance of Lyocell fiber, the flame retardant Lyocell fiber was prepared by blending method with organic montmorillonite(OMMT) as flame retardant. The particle size change of flame retardant dispersion during grinding was measured using a laser particle size analyzer. X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope and thermogravimetric analyzer were used to measure the change of plane spacing, surface morphology and thermal stability of Lyocell fiber after OMMT grinding. The flame retardancy of flame retardant Lyocell non-woven fabric was studied by vertical combustion experiment. The results show that OMMT improves the thermal stability of Lyocell fibers, and the carbon-forming rate of flame-retardant Lyocell fibers at 800 ℃ is 37.9%. The flame retardant non-woven fabric does not smoulder during vertical combustion, and the continued combustion time is also greatly reduced, showing a certain flame retardant performance.
