摘要
新能源汽车的飞速发展带动动力电池产业的城起,然而动力电池的使用寿命有限,当电池退役后,对电池的回收再利用不仅可以减少电池带来的危害,而且回收的再生材料可以从一定程度上减少温室气体的排放。本文从退役动力电池再生利用的各阶段进行温室气体产生量计算,结果显示排放量最多的三个环节分别为沉淀、锻烧、浸出过程,温室气体排放量占比达到98%以上,为了减少温室气体的排放,本文从企业、行业、国家三个层面提出合理化建议。
The rapid development of new energy vehicles drives the rise of traction batteries.However,the service life of traction batteries is limited.When the batteries are retired,the recycling of batteries can not only reduce the harm caused by the batteries,but also the recycled materials can reduce the greenhouse gas emissions to a certain extent.This article from the stages of retirement of traction battery recycling greenhouse gas quantity calculation,the resulting in the precipitation.This article from the stages of decommissioning traction battery recycling greenhouse gas quantity calculation,the result shows that most emissions respectively in three stages:the precipitation,calcining and leaching process,more than 98%of greenhouse gas emissions accounted,in order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions,this article from three aspects:enterprise,industry,national rationalization proposal is put forward.
